Exactly what we wanted. The hot tub was our highlight despite the inclement weather. Off the beaten track which was nice.
Small thing - not enough towels. Would have taken our own if we’d known.
Also we were surprised to see one of the staff at the property on our departure day at 8am when we were having breakfast

The lodge was super clean. It had everything we needed for our three night stay. It was cosy and comfortable. It felt super private as you are enclosed by a fence all the way around. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing. It is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Loads of local walks and nature reserves. Great place for just relaxation.
The shower drain didn’t drain very well.
The sofa wasn’t super comfortable.
We felt the TV would’ve been better in the bedroom.

The property was a perfect size for couples, very clean and cosy. Had everything you needed And great views from every window. The sauna was also good fun! And the bottle of Prosecco brought over by the kids on Hogmanay was a lovely we touch. We would definitely come back.
