I enjoyed my stay there. An incredible area.

Giuseppe was great. Very helpful. Helped me several times. A good man. The location is excellent. Close to the beach and the main beach plaza area.. I really enjoyed Cannes.

No lift. Very narrow stairs. I am a senior citizen. Really tiny. Slept on a fold out bed, do you unmake to the bed to fold up each day to have a couch or leave it open. I opted for leave it a bed. Really tight.

There was no breakfast included, but the location is fantastic. The host is wonderful and the room is so clean and it has everything like you're in your own house. The host is awesome. I will definitely book that place again next year.

It’s is really too, too, too small, only 18 sq is the size of a single small room. No space for more than 2 carry one

It quite loud traffic, a smell of older building could be scented once you entered but it would go away after having the window open

Great location, great acomodation, highly recommend

It has a superb location, it’s literally 2 minutes away from the beach. The studio was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and it had everything you need. There is also washing machine and umbrellas which you can use at all times. The umbrellas really came handy and we used them on day to day basis. Overall it’s great value for money and we would highly recommend it. My wife was surprised by the great blow dryer which usually doesn’t come with accommodations.

Well we really cannot find something to complain about. We knew the studio didn’t have a balcony but it would have been amazing if there was one. However, as i said we knew this wasn’t part of the accommodation so this is really nitpicking if we have to say what would have made it even better.

Fantastic apartment - had everything I needed and a very friendly host.

The host was fantastic and made everything easy for me. He was incredibly friendly went out of his way to help. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. It's in an excellent location, but is quite noisy at night. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like decent hangers, a clothes dryer, water in the fridge, etc.

It was perfect for my needs, but expensive for the size. However everything in Cannes seems expensive.

If you simply need a space to sleep in Cannes this studio apartment is a good choice.

The location is good. Very clean and tidy. The studio has all the basics needed. Aircon works well. Good host once we'd sorted out a problem on arrival. Competitive price given the market in Cannes.

A bit of confusion picking up the keys. Studio is very small - bed converts to a sofa. Tiny kitchen area. You wouldn't want to spend much time there. Great for a single person.

Great location

The location is great! It’s a really small studio but it works really well for someone traveling by itself. The apartment was clean and had everything that I needed, included a nespresso machine, extra towels and the communication with the host was great. I’d stay there again.

Perfect! Location is superb!

Perfect location if attending the markets at the Palais but very strategic for tourists as well. Apartment is small but very well furnished, nothing is missing. Host was very nice and waited for me both for check in and check out

Could not recommend anymore - super host!

The host was phenomenal! So helpful and attentive, we checked in and out with no trouble and I could not be more thankful for how easy he made our time in Cannes!

Almost everything was excellent, the host is great, the location is great, the flat is super cozy and incredibly clean, I probably haven't been to cleaner place ever and overall it was an amazing experience, amazing trip but I have to flag two things which are really important: 1) humidity was really extremely high in the flat even though you keep opened window, the smell is just too much. I wanted to skip this as everything was for score 10 but I cannot leave 10 when the flat is infected with humidity this much - it's not visible because everything is super clean and painted fresh but you really feel it and if you are alergic as I am, it really ruins the experience 2) and sofa was quite uncomfortable and uneven when you make a bed, I came back home with a lot pain in the back. Overall, excluding this, I would come back!

Perfect location, nice public beach directly behind the house. Pepe is a very helpful host, gives you valuable tipps at any time. Place is small, but very well equipped. Couch to draw out, but transfors in seconds into a comfy bed.

Love at first sight.

Compact, but nothing was missing so it made us feel comfortable for all the four weeks we stayed . The host,Beppe,was excellent,helpful and friendly all the way until the end. So close to the beach and Forville market ,perfect.

The perfect place to stay in Cannes

The host was incredibly nice and helpful. He responds quickly and makes sure your stay is perfect. Everything is very clean and modern, you have everything you need there. There is even sunscreen, parasol, and beach towels if you need. the location couldn’t be better and we will come back for sure. I really recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cannes!

Great location in Cannes, very close to the beach and Le Suquet(Cannes old town) but also walking distance to the main attractions(la Croisette, Palais de festival), 15 min from train station by feet. A small coquette studio but very clean and newly refurbished. Giuseppe was very helpful and always ready to help.
