The location is excellent and the apartment building is spotless and well maintained. The apartment was clean and had a south facing balcony. the facilities in the apartment were good and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and to the lively La Suquet area of Cannes. there are ample grocery shops and small shops in the locality to meet your needs.
The Air conditioning did not seem to be very effective. there was just 1 pillow per bed but we later discovered 2 hidden under the sofa bed! The shower head was very low for tall people and the bath taps were hanging off the wall but still operating!

The location and the cleanliness were faultless
The parking space, whilst a great bonus in Cannes, is really narrow between two columns so hard to squeeze in unless you’re a pro at parking. We would have also liked two additional hand towels - between the four of us we only had two hand towels. A kitchen cloth to dry the dishes would have also been welcomed.

Location, cleanliness.
Apartment was quiet, despite being on a main road.
Very close to a pâtisserie, which was handy for a quick breakfast.
Functional apartment.
When address for key pick up was put in google maps, it sent us to the wrong destination. Perhaps a pin drop link would help others correctly locate the key box.
Did not like having to remove all garbage on exit. That should be done by cleaners, in my opinion.
The Wi-Fi instructions weren't correct.
