Good location as you can walk to restaurants in Polis.
Pool was well cared for. A nice gesture of a bottle of wine on table and water in the fridge.
Lack of facilities. No fish slice/ egg Turner for cooking eggs for breakfast, no washing powder, milk..... it was the few things that should be included for a short stay. Otherwise holiday makers have to buy a box which they are not going to use. No kitchen roll . Lack of glasses and plates and cups. Definately not enough to accommodate for 6 people. Villa needs modernising ....it could do with a good british builder making the place look cared for!! Showers did not work properly, plug hole rusty.The bbq was nearly falling apart ... tray had large gaps , so you need to buy a better grill to cook sausages on or they will fall down hole. We bought one and took it home.
Beware ... a villa opposite is being modernised so sometimes a digger is constantly working... not very peaceful if you want to spend the time by the pool

very nice place, very short distance to the city center, very quiet place, privacy, large property, lot of seating options, good facilities, large swimming pool, welcome drink and flowers
no sidewalk to the beach, had to walk by the road (but not frequent), mattress was very tough not very comfortable

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. VERY QUIET. EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED TO RELAX AND ESCAPE THE CITY.
TOO MANY MOSQUITO AND UNFORTUNATELY YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU SLEEP SIX PEOPLE BUT TWO OF THEM HAVE TO SLEEP DOWNSTAIRS WITH NO A/C WHICH IS UNBEARABLE IN THE AUGUST HEAT OF CUPRUS.

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden. Nähe zum Wasser und auch von den oberen Balkone teilweise sichtbar.
Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Die Gasteltern sind sehr bemüht um fast alle Probleme schnell zu beseitigen. Im Kühlschrank befand sich eine Flasche Wasser und eine Packung Saft. Auf dem Küchentisch frische Orangen und eine Flasche Rotwein. Eine Reinigungskraft kam 1 mal wöchentlich. Der untere Bereich besteht aus offene Küche, Wohnzimmer und ein WC mit Dusche und ein Schlafsofa. Der obere Bereich aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, eins mit 2 einzelnen Betten. Ein Moskitonetz an den Betten wäre angebracht.
Internet und TV haben nicht funktioniert, nach 3 Tage wurde dieses behoben. Küchenutensilien soweit vorhanden. Leider keine Grundgewürze oder Öl. Es gab ein paar Filtertüten, das wars. Der.Pool würde alle 2 Tage mit Wasser aufgefüllt, Blätter entfernt, aber nicht genug gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, aber sehr sanierungs- und renovierungsbedürftig. Die unteren Bereiche wurden vermieden, da ein starker modriger Geruch aus den Küchenschränke kam. Auch die Wände waren nach Regen durchnässt und weißer Schimmel trat auf. Die Vermittlungsfirma wurde darüber informiert und gebeten sich darum zu kümmern und eine alternative Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ich bin Asthmatiker und das hat sich bemerkbar gemacht Die Mängel wurden den Besitzer weitergeben. Der Besitzer kam sah sich das an, wischte mit der Hand alles ab und sagt, die Reinigung macht das sauber. Er sagt, dass es kein Schimmel sei. Einige Tage später hatte ich Gelegenheit mich mit der Ehefrau zu unterhalten. Sie sprach deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation einfacher. Sie äußerte, dass sie nicht darüber informiert wurde. Und sie auf die schnelle nichts machen kann. So wie ich von einigen Vorgänger gelesen habe, bestehen diverse Mängel immernoch.
Keine Empfehlung von mir, solange die doch recht starken, gesundheitlichen Mängel nicht beseitigt werden.
