Westwinds 4753

Title: Wonderful Stay at Westwinds Unit 4753 for a Sweet 16 Celebration! Our recent stay at Westwinds Unit 4753 for my daughter's 16th birthday was a memorable experience that we'll cherish. Although the booking process through the booking.com website was a bit tedious and initially confusing, our interaction with the host quickly resolved any issues, leading to a smooth and enjoyable stay. The price we paid for the unit was exceptional, and the space itself was delightful. Impeccably clean with fresh beach-themed decor, it provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Things that significantly contributed to our overall satisfaction were the comfort of the beds, extra fans, and the units unique location. It's positioned on the side that overlooked the neighboring resort, where we were treated to the sounds of live music in the afternoons, perfectly complementing our beachfront view and breeze. This added touch created an ambiance of relaxation that was truly enjoyable. While our stay was fantastic, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The absence of floor mats was an inconvenience (and maybe thats done for sanitary reasons), especially given the sandy surroundings. This required constant vacuuming even though we rinsed off at the beach entrance. The unit description said the beach gear included chairs and umbrellas, but we found the umbrellas to be broken. We could've paid for beach service but opted not to. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and navigating the resort was equally hassle-free. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (had a coffee maker and Keurig. Does not have a cookie sheet in the unit) We brought our own paper bowls, plates, and utensils for convenience. In the end, our experience at Westwinds Unit 4753 was overwhelmingly was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of comfort, location, and ambiance made it a truly enjoyable vacation spot.

Location was very good.

Condo was smaller than it looked on line. The showers/tub areas need lighting. The master bath had a pungent order that lingered. Very small TV for living area. Upon arriving, although we requested access 90 minutes before 4 pm, we were denied although I thought we were approved. I called the vacation haven 800 number at 2:30 on Thursday Aug 31st and the lady was not helpful or even friendly. I asked for her manager and after over 5 minutes of holding, another lady got on the phone. Told her we had driven 5 hours and I unpacked the luggage and bought up to the hallway outside the room. The code would not work. She said she is sorry but there was nothing she could do. In essence she wanted me to go repack the SUV. I said, you mean I paid almost $ 2100 for four nights and you can't help me? She snickered and said no. I WILL NEVER USE nor RECOMMEND "MY VACATION HAVEN" TO ANYONE. The service fee they charge has NO Service aspect to it.
