The pool was cold the heat wasn’t on. We didn’t get in the hot tub because it had people in it most of theTime. I would definitely go back in April not in March It was cold 2 days we didn’t leave the room.

Our family has rented in Westwinds for 25 years and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!!! It is the jewel of Sandestin! We recommend it to family and friends who love it, too! We've used my Vacation Haven for most of our bookings over those years. We've rented this particular unit for four years and have been very happy. It should be noted that there is now no dresser in the bedroom and a closet that was once available is now locked, meaning we had to live out of suitcases for 2 weeks. Not optimal. Worse, the dryer broke a couple days in. I reported it and then texted and called every day asking about status. Whoever answers the phone for My Vacation Haven is very nice, and they did get us extra towels, but when I stopped calling, I never heard from the company about the dryer again. No updates, no suggestions about laundry (like drying beach towels!), no resolution. When I called before checking out to express my disappointment, they offered an insultingly tiny credit for our inconvenience. The saddest part is, all it would have taken was a little communication on their part and we would have understood the issue, adapted, and been fine. It seems as if they've gotten too big to provide good customer service anymore. After many years of loyalty, we may need to try a different rental company next time.
