We enjoyed our stay at Central & Basic Hostal. It is very central with everything you neee in walking distance. When we had a problem or question Matía helped us everytime, which we really appreciate. Would recommend if you want to travel on a budget!👍🏽

Great location, fair price, clean rooms, helpful staff and an overall comfortable stay.
Put a shower matt in the bathrooms to prevent the floors from getting as dirty :)

The hostel was in excellent location. Closer access to metro and bus stations and so many nearby shops available. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The air conditioned room really saved us in this extreme heat of July in Spain.
The shared washroom sometimes created inconveniences because of different people using it in different way. Some people kept the floor too wet and sometimes unclean. But the best thing is the hotel authorities cleaned the washrooms from time to time, tried to keep it very clean and it’s not their fault that customers made it dirty. It would have been great to have dedicated washroom with double bedded rooms.

Location was great (for us) we loved the neighborhood. Matias was very helpful and kind. Good building security.
Our last 2 nights, there were people there to party, kept us up both nights. We had to bang on the walls to get them to be quiet which only helped temporarily.
