It’s a convenient choice. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was tidied up daily which was perfect. The location was convenient for us since we were okay with walking everywhere but there was also a bus and metro station nearby.
If you want to visit the beach often is not ideal and the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night.

The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and the hotel is very clean. The bed is also very comfortable.
Water spills out and floods the bathroom floor because there is a gap under the shower curtain. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room, though that wasn't a major issue for us.

Definitely the location. Walkable and safe
Maybe they charge too much (despite being cheap for the Spanish standards) for few facilities. It’s super basic . It’s an old building so it’s ok that the tiny and narrow staircase and the old fashioned lift that can barely accommodate 2 people with a trolley case are as they are but maybe some refurbishment and riqualification would help this place score more points
