Affordable price for family and friends!

The property didn't provide breakfast because it was a mini apartment (not really a hotel). But in compensation, the property is based in a great spot in Padova (Italy), so everything that you need is close to you (ex, smoke shops, supermarkets, train stop, bus stop, etc.). The owner of the place Mr. Antonio, was very communicative throughout my stay over at his apartment. Although he wasn't present at the property, he didn't have to do this yet he stayed in touch and explained how to move around Padova. This is really important if you're a tourist and if this is your first time traveling to Europe. Not many places I've been to do that.

The place was quite small but not really something to be bothered with. I highly recommend your stay over at the apartment if you're travelling solo or with a partner. Overall, really good experience and I have nothing to complain about.

not value for money

The kitchen was poorly equipped with one small sharp knife to cut things. There was no oven. There was Aircon, however after asking the owner how it worked he said he does not give access to it. Why have it then? Also heating was controlled by the building and came on at stupid times. The single bed was very poor and i have never known a bed creak so much that its keeps you awake all night at the slightest movement. The bedding provided was inadequate. The apartment is also extremely small. The landlord was rather unfair as i needed to extend the stay due to university commitments and tried to rip me off. the apartment overall is definitely not worth the amount charged.

It was a super exciting trip and I was able to take a little bit of Italy and the area around Padua

The host was super accommodating and a very pleasant personality. I had a very good conversation with him. It was fun!

Very friendly and considerate landlord. A tram station very close. I like walking to the city centre, it was just 30 min. Perfect choice for me.

The kitchen at least was well furnished and it worked

Room wasn't clean at all. No air conditioning. The shower wasn't clean and water remain at your feet level for hours.... For the same price there is always something better... Wouldn't go again.

Well equipped, located near the tram station and river.

Let’s see... We arrived at noon, and wanted to leave our luggages in the flat. I have been in many hotels, apartments, storage was never meant to be a problem. Cesario offers a “fantastic” 3,5eur/hour (sum 10,5eur) till check-in for it. That sounds pretty expensive, so we made an arrangement: rent two bikes and no fee for luggages. Picked two more used bikes as those are cheaper, but he couldn’t find the key of the locker for one, so he gave us a new one. Great, my girlfriend got a better one for the same price - that is what I thought. Well, Cesario thought differently, he counted more euros, and it was established my - bad - opinion. The funny thing, that he needed 2,5eur more. Really? Does that 2,5eur really matter? My problem is the way he thinking about hospitality. Why I have to pay a single cent for his forgetfullness? Unfortunately, the weather was bad, there was cold in the apartment, specially in the bathroom. I texted him about it, and he replied with a screenshot a newspaper headline on it - standalone cold in Italy; use a blanket you can find it in the wardrobe. No electrical heater, nor any other solution for it. I think he should be prepared to solve problem like this as the heating system is centralized and you can’t adjust. We got back in late hours and wanted to have a shower. I mean.. we would have wanted. The boiler was not turned on, there was no hot water. Cold water in a cold bathroom. Well, I did it, my girlfriend wasn’t brave like me. We got tons of messageges how to lock properly a bike, and warnings about the silence rules (what if you break, your card will maybe charged), but not a single word about the switch. Beds are terrible. Uncomfortable and noisy. Walls are thin. You can clearly hear the neighbour wake up clock tune.

Buone potenzialità, ma...

La posizione, da cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro città collegata con un comodissimo tram, oltre ad essere a ridosso del fiume che invitava a belle passeggiate mattutine. L'host e la persona di servizio gentilissimi

L'appartamento è minuscolo, arredi vecchi e anche pavimento e infissi e tapparelle vecchie e malandate. Il letto singolo, con ponte sovrastante e materasso a molle non proprio comodissimo. Nel complesso funzionale ma non proprio invitante. Inoltre viaggiando spesso, ho trovato altre strutture anche più economiche, più accoglienti e pensate per il benessere e il piacere dell'ospite.
