About this house rental
Live the experience of being in a house of unique design constructed of container modules. A very original house full of light just 5 minutes from the historic center of Palma. Truly.A unique home in Mallorca.
Besides all the amenities and general services such as towels, linens, kitchenware, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, internet conection, etc.
And an amazing terrace with barbecue and a small private pool ;)
Enjoy being in a super quiet area to relax and live like a local in a non turistic area. Located next to the bike path, and five minutes from cinemas, restaurants and major tourist attractions of Palma.
Perfect location to explore the city on foot or by bicycle.
And if you rent a car, you can park in the streets near the house for free (no payment by hours like in some areas of Palma). Just remember don’t pass or park in same street of the house (is forbidden).
It has a terrace and a small pool.
And if you want to move on public transport, you can find right next to the train station, metro station and many bus stops.
The Soller train station is a 10 min walk from the house.

Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge.
Balbina was a very helpful host.

The host and her home are lovely and we really hope to stay here again. Balbina was super friendly and helpful before, during, and after our arrival to Palma. The home is funky cool and the perfect size for two! After hot days in the city, the plunge pool was absolutely essential. We used it multiple times a day. The location is perfect – in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to Placa Major where the city bustles. It would be a very short bike ride, but the walk was so pleasant that we never used the bikes that are provided for guests! I do wish we had taken advantage of the bikes.
All in all, our stay in Palma would not have been as amazing if we didn’t stay here. It was a huge part of the wonderful memories we made during this trip. Thank you Balbina!!

Is was cozy, nice, clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend in Palma. The check in and out was absolutely easy to organize 👍👍👍

This rental house has a well equipped kitchen and nice backyard and is well thought out. Its location is convenient to many things in the city but is not directly in the middle of the noise. It is an enjoyable place to stay. Balbina was also very helpful and accomodating and gave me a list of places that she recommended for food and drink, etc.
