Would definitely go back again.
This was our second stay at Sandborn. Fabulous place to get together with family. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views and a great hot tub. Just steps from the beach.

The kitchen is upstairs so my elderly mom was a bit trapped.

Great location but some bad taste due to dated house and cleanliness.
Great Location and adequate supplies.
Carpets are very dirty and needs replacement. The second floor second bathroom shower door is missing handle and the door does not close fully which wets the floor when showering. The bedding was also littered with some dog hair, some of which is expected throughout but bedding needs extra care when washing and replacing. So we just used extra sheets over the existing sheets.

Privacy, No close neighbors or road noise and great ocean views from the deck and living room.
We supplied all of our own food.
The dishwasher was dirty, so we hand washed all dishes that were not paper plates.

Perfect get away for my 9th anniversary.
I loved not seeing or hearing anyone except my husband and the beach.
They could update the furniture/appliances. Make sure the wine bottle opener is there bc they did not have one.

Location and space.
Suppose to sleep 14. We only had 7 and the cooking pans and pots as well as mixing bowls were nowhere enough or big enough. I can’t imagine trying to cook for a bigger group. Dish ware, glassware and silver ware is great.
