The home is Located in Lakeport at the end of a point surrounded by water with one of the most desirable settings on Clearlake
There is plenty of Privacy accompanied buy unbelievable panoramic views!
Because the home is located on a private road just off Lake Shore blvd, it is extremely safe for kids and a great place to entertain your guest with a wonderful feeling of seclusion.
There are 3 decks and a huge grassy lawn with plenty of comfortable seating to relax and take in the views.
Outside offers a wide variety of recreational activities to choose from including ping pong, bikes, bad mitten, crochet and other games.
The dock is right there for your boat. There are a variety of rafts and life jackets provided as well as a 2 man kayak.
The fishing is excellent from the backyard or the dock. Sit back and relax and enjoy the views while relaxing in the Hammock.
The Hot tub seats 8 people and overlooks the entire lake offering plenty of privacy accompanied by a outside shower to rinse off in-between those swims or just to cool off.
The inside offers 3000 sq ft of temperature controlled living space with amazing views from every room.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking, and all the appliances are stainless steal accompanied buy granite counters with a nice center island for preparing a gourmet meal.
