House with incredible seaview on the top of the hill.:
House for rent with incredible seaview in Montgo, L’Escala. The sea lovers will fall for this house and its incredible panoramic views to the cove of Montgo, an iconic place of L’Escala.
The best of this accomodation is of course the fantastic views to the Montgo cove that can be seen from every window; it is one of the most charming place of the Costa Brava. The house is also equipped with outdoor furniture and sunbed for you to enjoy a moment in the sun relaxing or reading a good book. Please take not that pets are welcome but the garden is not fenced; the outside of the house is mountainside and somehow wild.
The house has a private garage and is built on 2 levels:
- the ground-floor is the upper one and divided into a large bright livin-room with balcony and seaview, equipped kitchen and toilets.
-On the lower floor, going down a stairway, you will find the 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 single beds and a bedroom with one single bed) and a complete bathroom. From this level it is also possible to access to the backside garden.
The Montgo 1 house is located on a privileged site. A few meters away is the tower of Montgo, an ancient watch tower built to prevent pirats attacks. From the house you will enjoy a complete panoramic view to the Bay of Roses, the cove of Montgo and the Montgri mountain.The house is surrounded by the sea, which make it a special and unique place where to spend your holidays.
Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Mooi huis, prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Adembenemend uitzicht, dichtbij strand (moet wel met auto want je zit hier hoog!). Slechte bedden, oud beddengoed (muffe wollen prikdekens). 1 slaapkamer stinkt zo erg dat die niet te gebruiken is. Prima meubilair in de Wii kamer, keuken goed uitgerust.

Wij hebben een mooi verblijf gehad tijdens onze vakantie van 19 april tot 4 mei.
Helaas was t niet zo'n mooi weer met veel wind. Gelukkig hadden we een elektrische kachel meegekregen, anders was t te koud in huis.
huis was voor de rest perfect.
Geweldig uitzicht! Het was genieten.

La casa estaba bien, pero la limpieza no, en todas las habitaciones tuvimos que limpiar telarañas y quitar arañas y en los lavabos también, el resto bien buenos colchones y tranquilidad
