Nearby you will also find Illa Mateua, a perfect spot for enjoying the scenery, swimming or diving.
The apartment offers access to a communal swimming pool, tennis court, garden, one private parking space and air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay. Its northwest orientation provides pleasant natural light throughout the day.
