About this villa rental
Holiday rental house with community garden and pool, perfect for family holidays. The house is 19 minutes’ walk from the Riells Beach and at the same time only 50 meters from the Montgrí Natural Park.
The Riells beach is white sand, very thin, the water is very shallow. It is ideal for children! The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the dining room, with the open kitchen and direct access to the garden where you can enjoy meals while the children enjoy the pool.
In the house can accommodate 6 people (two rooms with two double beds and a sofa bed located in the living room)
Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Nice community, very well kept, clean!
Accomodation isn’t big but it is economically equiped.
Airco!
Mostly occupied by adults, could be an incident but if you go with kids this could be a dissapointment.

La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, y tiene todos los servicios necesarios. La comunidad es muy tranquila y amable, y tanto el jardín como la piscina tienen un mantenimiento impecable. La entrada al parque natural del Montgrí está a escasos 50 metros. Se aparca muy fácilmente.
Realmente no hay nada crítico a mejorar, pero ya que se pregunta, se propone alguna mejora: En el momento de hacer una barbacoa, echamos de menos utensilios, y algunas mosquiteras están rotas. Por otro lado, y siendo una cuestión fuera de su alcance, el único punto en contra es la cantidad de servicios cerca, ya que la casa está muy apartada de todo.

Globalement satisfait de la location, nous avons eu un problème avec la douche qui a été rapidement réglé.
Le calme de la résidence et des résidents était vraiment agréable. Piscine entretenue tous les jours, ainsi que le jardin.. Super !
Un presse fruit était renseigné dans les équipements compris dans la location, mais il n'y en avait pas ! Et un aspirateur ne serait pas de trop, car le montant demandé pour le nettoyage est un peu excessif par rapport à la qualité de celui-ci, surtout au niveau du nettoyage des sols. Certains moustiquaires devraient être réparé.

El alojamiento está muy nuevo, con todo lo necesario
La entrada a la casa no es la más adecuada ya que entras por la entrada de la comunidad, no tiene puerta privada ( vimos que las demás casas si la tenían ) . Esto conlleva que todos los vecinos ven cuando entras y sales.
