House of + -80 m 2. It is located between Riells and Montgó, L'Escala about 850 m from the beach and the shops of Riells; to more or less 1400m from the beach and shops of Montgó and 5 minutes by car from the center village.
House with private pool and barbecue for 6 people.

Très belle petite maison fonctionnelle.
Le + est la piscine qui n'est pas chaude en début de saison. Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour.

Maison, patio et piscine très agréables. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable également si l'on fait abstraction des innombrables déjections de "gros" pigeons ramiers qui ont manifestement pris l'habitude de dormir (nuit + sieste !!) dans les pins ....au dessus de la terrasse !
Mais le patio (couvert) permet de prendre ses repas matin, midi et soir....à l'ombre et de profiter du barbecue !
Accueil de l'agence immobilière parfait et ils restent très réactifs durant le séjour (machine à laver HS et remplacée 2 jours plus tard avec un jour férié !)
Quartier très calme (majorité des maisons non occupée) et proche du centre de Riels et de la plage.
Bref, séjour très agréable !!

Es handelt sich um ein relativ gut gepflegtes Anwesen in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt sind die Pinienbäume auf dem Grundstück, die ab 14Uhr keinen Sonnenschein mehr auf dem Pool oder die Terasse lassen. Die Betten sind extrem gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und bis bald
