Huisje heeft een update nodig... bed op gelijkvloers is dringend aan vervanging toe.

Einfache Abwicklung trotz Sonntag/Feiertag mit Schlüsselübergabe per Schließfach. Haus war vorgeheizt (Urlaub über Silvester). Geeignet für Familie mit Hund. Küche/Geschirr vollständig. Alles hat funktioniert (Küche/Bäder). Eigene Garage, Versorgung (Bäcker/Supermarkt) zwar nicht in Schrittweite aber nahe.
Haus nur über lange Treppe zu erreichen - nicht geeignet für Rollstuhl

Die Außenanlage war super - Pool sauber Garage sogar passend für einen T6 Küche groß und geräumig Zimmer Aufteilung super
Im Obergeschoss waren in zwei Räumen Stockflecken - die Bäder täte eine Grundüberholung gut - im EG im Schlafzimmer platzt der Putz ab - die Couch riecht muffig - die Küchetüren quellen an mehreren Stellen auf / die Schubladen fallen fast auseinander - der Wasserhahn muss der Perlator gewechselt werden - die Küchenutensilien sollten teilweise auswechselt werden
