Most things looked clean. Had lots of amenities. Felt like home. The workers and cleaners were also nice. Location was nice because it felt like it was the heart of UBC.

There's mild mildew/or light mold inside the closet at the ceiling. We avoided that area and kept it closed.

Modern room in a great location.

Great location, very convenient. Rooms were clean, modern and kitchenette was well stocked with useful appliances and supplies.

Room was quite small particularly given the cost.

It was a great stay!

I appreciate the convenient location, as well as the clean and bright room. The staff members encountered were each very pleasant and helpful.

The shower is a little small, and noise tends to carry, but these are things I simply noted and set aside. They are not large enough to deter a future stay.

Our stay was wonderful, the room was amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and efficient. The attention to detail of the room was noticed. We appreciated the extra care staff took to make sure we had Decaf coffee even when we weren't in our room for the day. It was conveniently located on campus.

I am unable to think of anything that could have been better in the room. It was perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!

Never again! It is better to stay off the campus and take Uber.

It looks new and very clean.

Many inconveniences: checkin is in one place, you sleep in another, and park your car yet in another. There is a separate charge, close to $20, I guess for parking. One would think that for that amount one should be able to park anywhere on the campus during those 19 hours between checkin and checkout time. I misunderstood the directions and got hit with a parking ticket. Very small room but very expensive. The only reason we chose it because it is close to the Chan Centre.

A great home base for exploring UBC's Vancouver campus.

It is inconvenient to the rest of the city, extremely small and very expensive but very clean.

The room was clean, there is a full kitchen with big fridge and all the plates/cutlery etc which was really handy to store and eat leftovers

The location is just so far away from everything but that's expected, but the room was incredibly small and difficult for 2 people to exist together in it. Also the shower water pressure was basically non existent. For almost $300 it was really not much.

A great place to stay - reasonably priced for Vancouver.

Location was great; lots to walk to and see. Lots of restaurants/fast food places to choose from. The Rose garden is a short walk and the beach isn't too far. The room was clean, and all the amenities (fridge, stove, dishwasher), and the cabinets had enough dishes.

Safe, serene, and scenic

I like the location. OMG! It was excellent! Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Best place to rest after a long day outside Vancouver area.

Hope that receptionists smile more and be more accommodating. Housekeeping should respect the check-out time and not bother guests earlier in the morning. At 9AM, housekeepers are all around the hallway knocking doors when there is "privacy please” sign already hung at the door. As far as I know, check out time is 11AM so they should respect that. All in all, great place to stay in Vancouver!

Excellent location for attending graduation and spending time with students. Very comfortable and simple, however well-appointed room. Beautiful drive to and from the airport too!

The room could have a little more in terms of decor. Nothing wrong, just no warmth.
