Apartment located 3 minutes from the beach (walk). Located on the ground floor, fully equipped, with 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room, common swimming pool (only available in the bathing season-June / July / August / September) and garage. to go to the beach does not need to go by car as well as go shopping, on the same street when leaving the apartment, there is soon a supermarket. Good place for hiking and cycling on the existing lane between Praia da Barra and the Nova coast.

Bel appartement bien situé, proche commerces et plage 🌊☀.
2 grandes chambres, lit 2places, sde dans une et sdb dans l'autre, équipés de grands placards et balcons.
Salle à manger avec 2 canapés lits. Cuisine tout équipée avec produits de lavage LV et LG fournis.
Proche commerces et de la belle plage de Barra.
Très bonne semaine passé dans cet endroit.

La situación está bien,tiene garaje lo cual es bueno pues aparcar es complicado en esa calle .el apartamento es de 2 plantas arriba hay 2 habitaciones amplias y con mucha ropa de repuesto (aunque las mantas huelen mucho a rancio) en la habitación que da a la carretera es muy ruidosa pues es una calle muy transitada y no está bien insonorizada (motos,camion basura ..la cocina es amplia y tiene de todo el salon tb es grande y comodo ,eche de menos unas sillas el las terrazas de las habitaciones y tb en la piscina pues no hay donde tomar el sol solo en el suelo asfaltado . El recibimiento muy amable
