The warm greeting, excellent breakfast, great location, and lovely staff. It's a nice quinta tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Aveiro. As a birder, I was close to many natural areas that really helped me observe birds.
Everything was great. The only thing I would say is stop offering plastic bottles of water. Maybe change to glass to be more environmentally friendly. Also, dispensers of shampoo, shower gel, etc instead of individual plastic bottles.

Breakfast was great variety of breads pastries, cheeses, fruits, bacon eggs, on site, rooms very spacious private bathroom, swimming pool, beautiful grounds, and the staff so friendly, and room services just excellent, Mrs. Celeste the owner did everything to make our stay wounderful, secure parking, very peaceful love it

Super friendly just, elderly couple, I was the only guest, communication in a mix of Portuguese and English went very well, breakfast was prepared just for me, absolutely gorgeous, very quiet, and peaceful
Toilet flushing didn't work (probably because the toilet wasn't in use yet again, I was the only guest and March is off season), 2 worms in the toilet (probably dud to off), cold room, but heater went well
