Location was convenient (with a vehicle). Cheaper than almost anywhere what in town! A slice of Americana.
It's the cheapest place in Newport but still very expensive for a basic motel.

It was as expected for the price which was much lower than in town. Good, free parking made the trip into Newport proper easy.
No coffee as advertised and could use upgrades on towels.

It was quiet and the room was spacious. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I think a rating of 5-6 is accurate.
It's expensive for the quality of the offering - perhaps that's just Newport though!
