The staff were so friendly and approachable, hotel was spotless, room was a great size, had ample free parking, overall excellent hotel. Also very close to shops and some restaurants
Distance to town, was not possible to walk to town would need to use some form of transport.

We’ve stayed at this location many times over the last 15 years. This was our first since it’s remodel and rebranding as the Wayfinder. Very much uplifted. It’s nicely appointed with a quaint, comfortable, and truly stylish finish. Daily cleaning and towel replenishment.
Was somewhat taken aback by the resort fee of $20 per day, as it was explained to us, this is for access to workout room and outdoor pool (which was not open). They did credit back the $10 for 1 hour early check in fee. This is after all Newport, and have to come to expect the unexpected from options at this location. Next time, will check the fine print and contact property about supplemental charges.

The room, the bed, location, cleanliness
There was a dog barking next to our room since we checked in. At night, there were people slamming their doors shut constantly non stop. There was also someone playing very loud music until 11pm. I understand this isn’t the “hotel’s” fault per se, but I expected that someone would have been on top of these issues so that the other guests could have had a good nights sleep.
