This room is at the top of three flights of stairs, but it was immaculate, quiet, and neat. Nothing fancy but for a space where we are out all day, it was perfect.

Our room was spotlessly clean. While not luxurious, we had all the basics, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was especially nice. The check-in process was easy because we had printed out the instructions from the manager. Parking was easy. Our venue in Newport was only an easy 10-minute drive away. The host checked with us by email to be sure all was as it should be. One comment for the host: We are in our 70s and had only small totes with us because we were staying for just one night. If we had had suitcases, then climbing to our third-floor room would have been quite a challenge for us. If you have only a third-floor room available, you might want to mention that to travelers.

Parking was easy and accessible, lots to do nearby with great food options, room was clean and orderly and provided a mini fridge, shampoo, blow dryer, hangers

Great room with everything being so used friendly and easy to find. The Thai restaurant downstairs is absolutely sensational
