We really liked the place itself. It has a very European vibe, it's exceptionally clean, and it just feels cozy. The area is also very nice, it's very hip, has many cool bars and cafes around, and a cinema.
Don't have too high expectations for the breakfast. We've got coffee/tea bags, few cereal selections, and some pastry (bread) with butter and jam, and the juice. That was it. I'm not saying it disappointing, but just for you to have an accurate expectation from it.

The location is very convenient. It's not far from downtown. It's also like a few minutes away of walking distance to the amazing food options in Nob Hill.
There is good public transit options.
Inside, the guesthouse is quiet. The room is very clean and bright.
Shared spaces such as the pantry and the bathrooms are very well maintained.
I personally feel that the wifi could be a little slow. But it was good enough for a webinar.
Other potential cons:
Parking looks like quite a tough situation, though I didn't have to deal with it.

I loved the shared kitchen. I'd been travelling for a few weeks and it was great to cook my own food in the kitchen. The shared facilities were all OK as there were not that many of us to share them. And a great location.
Room was a little small but that's probably why it was cheap
