The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I only wished i could get coffee in the morning at this “bed and breakfast” , but i had to go to the nearest cafe for that. Other than that- a great place to stay for a night!

This enormous old house in a delightful Portland neighborhood was a delight. (EXPEDIA was NOT a delight, however, because it failed to send me the key code I needed to get into the building. The on-site staff person told me my experience was typical.) Lots of fun restaurants (and Trader Joe) nearby, easy public transportation to downtown for people who don't walk.

This was great for what it was, an overnight in Portland on his own (husband). It was the perfect location. I will say that the owner/manager is FANTASTIC with communication and keeping us informed. My husband wanted to leave his bag, and they accommodated him checking in early. I would for sure book again.
