I like the room was clean it was a lot space . I love the bathroom mirrors .

What I didn’t like there was no ice machine in the hallway my room was in . I didn’t like I couldn’t get free breakfast when I paid $160 for a room . I didn’t like one of the plugs on the right side didn’t work at all .

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The fire pit outside was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the attached restaurant was accommodating for our family size of 20+.

The breakfast was standard for the $10 up charge. We felt the prices at the restaurant were a little high, although we also understand we were also paying for convenience, too.

I always know I'm going to be satisfied from start to finish of my stay here!

Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

The pay coffee machine is really a joke. Everytime, I've used it, it wasn't working. Most other Hotels I stay in throughout the Country offer free Coffee in the Lobby area.

Noisy, dirty, rude.

Nothing much. A generally bad stay.

Unhelpful staff had no concept of what a ‘quiet room’ is and made out I was being difficult for wanting one, despite requesting before arrival and receiving and acknowledgment that it would not be a problem. First room was next to the (very noisy) elevator. Next room smelt like a dog had died in there. Next room had been smoked in. Finally I accepted a ‘downgrade’ room from what we had paid (in advance) for just to be in a quiet location. But due to the paper thin walls allowing all bathroom ‘activity’ from neighbouring rooms to be clearly heard, even that was not exactly quiet. And to top it all I had to argue and press hard to get a refund for the difference in price of the downgraded room. The hotel is busy with construction workers, working on the huge roadworks outside, so they don’t seem to care about simple weary travellers. They currently don’t need our business. But one day the workers will move and vacation travellers like us will not return due to. ding treated badly. Maybe the. they will realise the value of treating people with care and respect. But somehow I doubt it.

It's was ok

Breakfast buffet was good

Received the wrong room at first, then front desk told us breakfast was $10 per person, and said we can add at any time, then next day another lady told us it wasn't that price it was full price. Then when we got our room there was a dirty used wash cloth left from the people before us hanging in the shower, the water in shower and sink drained very slow. The hot tub was very dirty, the sauna was cold, and the pool was cold. When the pool opened in the morning there were no towels in the pool and when we asked someone they said tell front desk.
