About this house rental

Town house of character of the 20's, located in Donville les Bains, near shops (including Laundromat), 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from the city center of Granville, near the train station and road and Thalasso.

House of 120 m2 on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets including 2 independent, enclosed garden quiet.

House equipped for 6-8 persons:
• 3 bedrooms with double beds 160 * 200,
• 1 bunk bedroom
• new bedding
• kitchen (complete appliances including dishwasher), dining room, living room (with TV and DVD player)
• Patio (table-benches, chairs, plancha)
Baby equipment available: high chair, cot, changing table

No pets allowed. No smoking.

Weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, Monday to Monday etc ...)

Rates all charges included: cleaning, sheets, fluids.
Deposit: 300 euros.

We enjoyed staying in this tastefully decorated and clean Normandy house consisting of three floors connected by a classic winding wooden staircase. With four bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and connected dining room on the ground floor, a sitting room on the first floor it provided ample space for us five adults with two bathrooms and three toilets. One point to note was that we had to turn over the mattresses on the double beds to overcome a sag on one side . The walled garden at the rear of the house could do with some sprucing up but has a paved and grassy area surrounded by trees. At the back of the garden there is a lane which runs along the backs of the houses and connects to a wooded slope down to the valley below. The heating and hot water worked well as long as we staggered our shower times. One night was cold so we turned up the thermostat and the smart , old fashioned radiators provided plenty of heat. Although the house is outside of central Granville, Donville les Bains has its own charm with flower beds along the main road where the house is situated . It also has its own magnificent beach. We would recommend this house as a great place to stay because of its clean charm and well located position.

Dés l'arrivée Sandra bien sympathique nous a donné les consignes. La maison nous a plu de suite agréable avec du parquets à chaque étages de grandes chambres et S d B ( baignoire, douche ) pas besoin d'emmener son linge de lit , et surtout à 5mn à pied de la plage , on a passé un agréable séjour à renouveler

Proche des commodités et de la plage. Le petit jardin est ombragé et convient parfaitement au repos. Malgré la proximité de la toute pas de nuisances sonores. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

A L'arrivée comme au départ vous ne rencontrez pas la propriétaire mais des personnes differentes!!!!!!! Nous conseillons aux prochains locataires de veiller scrupuleusement à l'état des lieux d'entrée mais surtout de sortie afin de ne pas a voir de surprise dont nous avons été victimes. L'état des lieux porte la mention 'RAS' quelques heures plus tard la propriétaire absente des lieux vous réclame une réparation d'une planche soit disant tachée sous le lavabo et ainsi ne reverse pas la caution . Après plusieurs échanges téléphoniques et messageries, il apparait que la propriétaire laisse trainer la situation et semble vouloir nous faire porter la soit disant réparation

La maison est très agréable à vivre. Son petit jardin est très sympa et pratique notamment avec les enfants. La plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est très appréciable. Merci également pour l'accueil.

Das Objekt ist sehr hellhörig, der Fußboden aus Holz bei jedem Schritt durch das Haus zu hören. Die Fenster in den oberen Stockwerken sind nicht gesichert und daher gefährlich mit kleineren Kindern. Die Gartenmöbel sind nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand und machen den Aufenthalt im Garten nicht schön. Es war sauber und alles was man benötigte, war vorhanden.

Pratique car à 6 min en voiture du CRNG où nos enfants avaient des stages de voiles à des horaires différents... A 5 min à pied de la belle plage de Donville. A cote d'un supermarché, très pratique ! A côté d'un institut de beauté d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix (quand il ne fait pas beau, ça réconforte !). Les lits sont excellents et les couettes moelleuses, un bonheur de s'y lover après une journée au grand air. Et tellement de choses à faire sur cette côte, nos enfants ont adoré, sûr que nous reviendrons dans cette maison.

notre but était de participer à la rando verte et bleue. Aussi l emplacement était super et les relations avec la propriétaire ont été extrêmement sympathiques et ses renseignements appréciés.
