1) The bed was not comfortable 2) There was roof reparation of the roof, which we knew nothing about. Loud noices throughout the day, very annoying. 3) The check out time was 10.00 am, yet the door code was changed before! At 13 minutes to 10.00, after trying the code many times I had to push through the parking pass under the door. What if I still had luggage inside?!

Location to festival great! Clean and updated. Size worked for what we needed it for. Shower and bathroom great! Plenty of blankets and pillows

Washer/dryer setup difficult. Had to unplug major electrical. No instructions for TV’s. Couldn’t get either tv to work. Living room tv would randomly light up. Door lock broken/not able to lock. Host never fixed it despite several requests. No screens for doors or windows. Had to ask for garbage code, it wasn’t included in original instructions. Wish they had wine glasses.

Proximity to town, location on the river, sun deck, accommodations were very comfortable, clean.

Only 2 minor points. There were no instructions for the fireplace. We tried to turn on but we’re not able to so some brief instruction would have been nice. Also the washer did not have an adapter for the plug. Both were only minor issues.

Back deck faced the stream out back and provided a view of the Gondola and moon,.

Washing machine was unbalanced and shook violently when on spin cycle. This problem was noted by previous tenants, so is an on-going problem that is not being addressed.
