1. the location is great and nicely situated by the river
2. the condo is comfortable
3. access to the pool and hot tub - although no one had the code to uncover the hot tub for quite a while
1. the host was not communicative and did not provide information about parking at the condo - a major stressor given the music festival - and we had to find our own parking permit. then after we left, the host demanded that we return the parking permit.
2. the condo was hot and stuffy and there was no information in the condo about how to operate the lights or fans. we eventually figured out that the lights and fans were operated by one of three remote controls.
3. the kitchen was poorly stocked - no sugar or salt and only one dish towel.
4. bathroom towels - need more than one washcloth
