First I want to thank you all for allowing me to elaborate on my scores. The staff was exceptional for the majority of the stay. I happen to love this particular facility. I have stayed there many times. and I have never ever had a bad day there. I liked pretty much everything. People are helpful, and knowledgeable.
What put a damper on my entire stay is that there was a roach in my room on the wall crawling toward the curtain area. It made me very uncomfortable in my room. I did not say anything about the roach to my guests, because I did not want them to have a bad experience, because I had talked so wonderfully about the stay at that facility on the way there. I did tell the desk staff about it, after all I paid 206.00 for one night to stay there. Honestly no one expects to see any bugs at a hotel that charges that type of money per night. I thought they might try to compensate they did not.
