Place is small but ok for a ski vacation.

Didn’t sleep well in bed. Not that comfy. Carrying skis and walking up stairs with boots and altitude, tiresome.

Warm cozy place near keystone. I loved the amazing views of the ski Hill and mountain from the living space. The living space is the best part overall and is comfortable and well furnished. Check in and parking situation are really simple actually. The building has a laundry room.

Unit seemed outdated and quite simple for the price. When I arrived the refrigerator was leaking and warm. I panicked since I had arrived with groceries. Luckily it worked out after I toggled with the settings a bit but I was very concerned when I realized that with the digital check in, remote management and big company in charge, realistically it would not have been resolved that evening nor was there even anyone to speak with on the matter promptly. I had to wait on hold to talk with someone and besides putting in a work order they are not very helpful with information or wanting to talk. (However once I had sent some texts and expressed my discomfort with the situation they did communicate eventually, and try to talk and at one point offered to cover cost of lost groceries) The location is great if you want to ski keystone exclusively (and not deal with the parking lot) but honestly I was much more comfortable and with stars in my eyes when I stayed in Dillon, which is only a very short, spectacular, and gorgeous drive away. Also the morning keystone traffic blocks up the roads getting in and out of here. The bed was not that great. The kitchen is only really a kitchenette. You can just barely cook. I did not think it was that great value, you are just paying for the location.

The apartment was well stocked, clean, great view and mostly comfortable. Summer prices are affordable.

It seemed like construction was going on all hours of the night. There are a few ceiling lights that need to be mounted in better also. We couldn't open our living room window due to how loud the construction workers were below us. With the fans going, the noise level was easy to tolerate at night. Parking can be a bit of a chore when all the tenants are there. The room it's self was affordable, the extra fees almost doubled the price. Also, I would suggest explaining how to use the extra facilities, We had to find everything ourselves, there were no instructions left.

Location is great, just 5 minutes from the slopes. View was nice. Gas fireplace makes the place cozy.

Check-in location is a bit remote. The place is smaller than it seems from the pictures, ok for two people, but not for more. Airstream in the Jacuzzi did not work. Sliding bedroom door would not really slide out. For the money they ask, they could have kept everything well maintained.
