About this apartment rental

This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a full bed, a bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features two en suite bathrooms plus an extra full bathroom. Private balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen was recently renovated and new flooring was installed. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized Murphy bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. There's a two-person game table off to the side. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also a private washer and dryer in this bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and walk-in shower. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bed and a bunk bed. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is a private laundry area in this bedroom. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination and a separate toilet area for added privacy.

*Please note that we have a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

We had a great stay at expedition station! The room had a nice open floor plan and was clean and well maintained. The pool was a big hit for the kiddos especially since it was heated. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

We had a wonderul stay at Expedition Station. The condo was clean and had all the supplies we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was great and the pool/hot tub/steam room really sealed the deal on loving this place. Host was very quick to respond when we wanted to extent our stay - that's great service!! 4 stars only because the elevator was down/under maintence often, but staying during an off season like we did, that is understandable. Great place to stay overall!!

The condo is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the River Run Gondola, which made accessing the slopes and activities incredibly convenient. The in-room laundry was a lifesaver for our family. The shared amenities, like the hot tub and steam room, were great for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, the downsides outweighed these conveniences. The beds were the biggest issue. One bed was so broken that the mattress folded into the center, forcing two people to sleep pressed together uncomfortably. This is unacceptable for a property at this price point. Additionally, the pillows were so fluffy that they flattened completely when used, offering no support. For a family and two grandparents, getting a good night’s sleep was essential, and this setup fell far short. Another major disappointment was the lack of a grill. The listing showed a grill, which influenced our meal planning, but we arrived to find the condo had no private grill, and the community grill was non-functional. This was not disclosed, leaving us with a surplus of food we couldn’t prepare as intended. While the unit itself was mostly clean and offered some conveniences, these significant issues made it one of the least enjoyable stays we’ve had at this location. We come here annually and have stayed in other units that were far better equipped and maintained. Overall, this unit has potential but failed to meet expectations. We hope the owners address these issues.
