About this apartment rental

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private patio with partial slope views in the distance. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the entryway and offers a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The living area features a smart TV above a beautiful stacked stone fireplace and a L-shaped sectional. For extra sleeping options, there is a queen-sized sleeper bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio offering outdoor seating. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope and mountain views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen comes stocked with household favorites including coffee + a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a hot plate. Comfortably enjoy a meal with the entire family, the dining area seats 8 at a wooden dining table.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen sized bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the packets from the property management company were not in the correct place so we had to wait for them to find the keys. It seems like the added fees for parking could just be included in the rental rate seems like they are just nickel and diming everything. This was a nice condo one of the best for size and location we have stayed in. There weee some things that needed fixed one is the large crack in bathroom sink and other it is dishwasher that would nearly pullout of the kitchen cabinets when opening the door. Still was a nice place close to mountain. Wish the property manager would make these things clear at check in since they knew about them when I called about them. Also the main area has a pool table that really needs to be redone.

Great condo, close to shops and gondola. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Very responsive host.

We came here for a last hurrah before school started. It was so hot at that time and the condo didn’t have A/C. There was a fan in the bedrooms but it only fanned one side of the room in the master bedroom and on the lower level in the bunk bed so the top bunk didn’t get relief and no fans available for living room sofa pullout. All of the windows didn’t open. None of us slept good because it was so hot.I’d recommend investing and upgrading the condo. The dining room table and chairs have seen better days. The glassware were mismatched. Cookware looked so old. We didn’t have enough pots for our meals. One was either too big or too small. I made a batch of spaghetti sauce in one of the pots so I had to use the huge pasta pot for the spaghetti which took forever to boil because of its size. The spices looked like it was old too. I’ve stayed at better condos in the Keystone area. The location was great but needs an updating big time.
