About this villa rental
3/4 bedrooms villa with private pool and minutes away from Nissi Beach
This spacious 3/4 bedroom villa has an open plan feel throughout with a modern fitted kitchen to the right and a dining area and lounge ahead of you as you walk in. The living room has been designed for maximum relaxation with sofa, flat screen TV, bluetooth speakers, wireless internet and satellite channels to include English, French, Russian, Arabic plus many more.
In addition, there are three bathrooms complete with wc, sink and shower as well as an additional fourth shower outside by the pool. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa on timer switches and the villa itself sleeps 6 persons whilst the pool house can sleep an additional 2 persons.
* No single gender groups under 27 please.
* Designed and furnished by the owners giving it a luxury home and modern feel.
* Has its own private pool (8m by 4m) and lush green & mature gardens.
* There are two outdoor seating areas that are covered; a dining area as well as a casual seating area overlooking the pool.
* There is also a pool house for additional guests (additional costs apply).
We also provide secure free luggage drop off and collection in case your flights are later in the day or you arrive early.

Kash was brilliant throughout the whole process of booking, and booked a transfer to and from the airport for us. The property was spacious and clean, located just a few minutes from the lovely Nissi beach and not too far of a walk to the centre, with plenty of taxis around. Brilliant property for groups or families who want plenty of space without being too far from Ayia Napa!

Communication with host was excellent. Perfectly located for a great holiday. Villa and garden were spacious, private and in a quiet neighbourhood and literally round the corner 2 mins walk was bars and restaurant also Nissi beach was just over the road about 5 mins walk. We all had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the villa and Cyprus. 😊�

Just arrived home after 11 nights. This villa is in an excellent location, a nice walk into Ayai Napa with plenty of shops and bars along the way, yet peaceful and quiet.The owner was very helpful and accomodating and very quick to reply with any questions.TV had a good range of UK channels which helped with the small children when the sun got too hot.Pool cleaned regular. Bed linen was changed. Fully facilitated villa. Beds comfy. Overall a modern spacious clean villa . Was left bread, eggs, tea, coffee, water etc on arrival which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
