Perfect accommodation! We stayed here as a group of 5 adults and 4 small children, and everything was absolutely wonderful.
The whole house was beautiful and very clean. The heated pool in February was definitely worth it – it had a lovely 30°C and the children absolutely loved it.
Any small issue we had was resolved immediately by the management company, which we really appreciated. We also arranged airport transport through them and it was excellent.
Beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants are very close, and the whole Ayia Napa area is very baby-friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our family.
We would love to come back again, maybe even with more friends next time.

Bardzo polecamy
Willa jest przepiękna,nowoczesna.
Super kontakt z obsługą,mieliśmy mały problem z panelem sterowania, reakcja była natychmiastowa mimo późnej pory w piątek.
Mega polecam podgrzanie basenu, długo się nad tym zastanawiałam i to były najlepiej wydane pieniądze. Byliśmy z rodziną w połowie lutego i nawet kiedy jeden dzień padało i było 17s dzieci dalej szalały w basenie. Cały pobyt woda miała ok 33-34s prawdziwa przyjemność spędzania w nim czasu nawet późnym wieczorem.
Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona,łóżka bardzo wygodne.
I kotki...które są jak u siebie, dzieci były zachwycone.
Na pewno wrócimy.

Polecam dokupić podgrzewanie basenu w okresie zimowym. Trafiliśmy na kiepską pogodę, a ciepły basen robił robotę.
Duży dom, sporo miejsca w środku. Blisko supermarkety i plaża Nissi (900m). Bezpieczna okolica, mnóstwo kotów, które ładują się do domu i na kolana żeby je głaskać. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z obsługą poprzez Whatsapp lub czat na bookingu.
Mieliśmy problem z ciepłą wodą pod prysznicem przez trzy pierwsze dni. Trzeba było pogłówkować jak włączyć grzanie.
Po przyjeździe brakowało chociaż jednej patelni i korkociąga. Na szczęście po zgłoszeniu otrzymaliśmy je następnego dnia.
Poduszki do spania miały słabej jakości wypełnienie - watę, ale to już naprawdę czepialstwo z mojej strony.

We had ongoing problems with no hot water. We reached out to hosts many times but was often ignored and the problem was never resolved. For a group of adults training and competing in sporting events this led to a rather uncomfortable environment. We ended up having to pay to use a local hotel to access a hot shower which was a significant expense. We stayed at this villa last year and had no problems at all so was really disappointed by this year. There were a few issues within the property as well including an unsafe hand rail and faulty blinds suggesting that the maintenance has just not been given the required attention.
Very disappointing stay and means we will not use this property again for future stays for the annual event.
