Great location, spacious, well equipped

The property was beautiful . Beds comfortable and beautifully clean . The pool was beautiful ( although a few of the beds were broken ) There was a lot of good things about the property .

There was only 2 teaspoons and only 2 small plates . The other cutlery was poor for such a luxury villa . The sofa was broken. I told the woman the day after we arrived. She promised to send housekeeping with the things . They never came . I called two days later and they said they would be delivered. Never happened!!! The sofa was removed the day we left . That’s not great I ended up going out and buying these things myself. One of the biggest issues for me was the noise from the other villas 3 and 4 during the night . They were rented out to young boys and young girls for the first few nights . They partied all night . It was awful. I complained to them and the company on day 4 . I was just told they are leaving today it will be ok . I have later been told I should have called the police !!! No one ever said this to me . I think these villas should not be allowed to be used by young single boys / girls . It was very expensive for me to have such disturbed sleep. Also one of the heavy mirrors fell off the wardrobe and luckily no one was injured.

We had ongoing problems with no hot water. We reached out to hosts many times but was often ignored and the problem was never resolved. For a group of adults training and competing in sporting events this led to a rather uncomfortable environment. We ended up having to pay to use a local hotel to access a hot shower which was a significant expense. We stayed at this villa last year and had no problems at all so was really disappointed by this year. There were a few issues within the property as well including an unsafe hand rail and faulty blinds suggesting that the maintenance has just not been given the required attention. Very disappointing stay and means we will not use this property again for future stays for the annual event.
