This was easily one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The accommodation was sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and gave us fantastic local tips. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is 15 minutes walk from nissi beach and 25 from city center. There is another nice beach at 7 minutes away, not so popular as nissi beach but cozy and clean. The location is very good. It is close to restaurants and shops but in a quite area. It was clean and with everything you need inside. The AC is working fine and is silent. The communication with the host was good. He was very responsive and helped us with what we need. We recommend it.

New and very clean apartment located in a quiet and peaceful area at walking distance from the Nissi beach (about 1km). and close to restaurants, supermarkets and the stop of the airport shuttle bus (Kapnos). The owner is very kind, easy going and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures.
The patio of apartment 1 has no privacy because it faces directly onto the undeveloped road next to the villa. It would be good to plant citrus/olive trees, oleanders or bougainvillea to create a green wall.

Super tolle Lage, circa 5-7 min Fußweg zum Nissi-Beach. Ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Schöne und moderne Ausstattung. Das Bett war bequem!
Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Küche wurde eher notdürftig geputzt, das Besteck und die Gläser waren leider teilweise dreckig, sodass wir alles nochmal per Hand abgespült haben. Der Boden war nicht super sauber, hatten gesaugt und durchgewischt, da der Boden sehr empfindlich ist was Staub angeht. Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Flecken, war aber an sich sauber. Sprich was die Sauberkeit betrifft war es in Ordnung.
