This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central Ayia Napa location, just a few minutes walk to Nissi Avenue and all its beaches and amenities. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, and very modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart Tv with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay.
One of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor with a double bed, and you will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and Wc.
Upstairs, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and Wc. All bedrooms are complete with wardrobes and bedside cabinets
The main family bathroom with shower and Wc is also on this floor
Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the remaining bedroom with two single beds and access to the veranda.
There is another bathroom on this floor with a shower and Wc, and a communal area with a full sized football table and table tennis
Outside, the beautiful and sizeable garden offers a barbecue, work-top and sink area, outside shower, a generous-sized dining area with seating for 10 people, an extra seating area with comfortable sofas, sunloungers and the large, private pool, ideal for those hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun.

The Villa was amazing, plenty of space for 7 Adults and 1 teenager. Pool was lovely and clean, someone came every second day to clean it. Kitchen had everything you needed in abundance. On arrival there was a lovely welcome pack of bread, milk and water in the fridge. Someone arrived the next day to welcome us and show us how everything worked. She even gave us discount on tickets for the water park. We had a problem with the control pad for the lights. When I called someone arrived a few hours later to fix it. Overall this villa was amazing and couldn’t recommend enough, they even allowed us a late check out as our flight wasn’t until later that day.

It was a very nice house overall the location was perfect, and it was very cozy however the cleaning standards were kind of poor as we had to clean the swimming pull the dishes weren’t washed properly
