The Great Grubb

Although situated on an A Road traffic was very quiet . We were staying in the Annexe room was lovely & cool as the Weather was warm .. Very cosy & had a little fridge to store drinks etc ..

The location was easy to find and very near to Totnes for places to eat etc. Parking was very convenient being on site. Room clean, comfortable and very quiet, so slept really well. WiFi is decent. Host communication very good. EV charging just up the road, so very handy

Breakfast not included but plenty of local places to eat available.

A fantastic comfortable and clean room, easy access and communication with the host, great location. The B&B is super easy to find, a quick 10 min stroll into the centre of Totnes (if you want to explore or eat out there) and the accommodation has a wonderful sunny back garden to hang out in if not! The host was so unbelievably lovely and helpful - I managed to break my phone whilst staying and she lent me an old spare of her own whilst I sorted out a replacement in Totnes - so kind, thank you a million times!! I also had booked the single room and was given an upgrade (without asking) to a double! I was staying for the Dart 10km swim and it was really easy to get to the event village and back from there and was a great, quiet, cosy place to come back to after a 3 hour+ swim with lots of eateries and drinkeries in Totnes within walking distance. Also I recommend a visit to Oak Tree Gardens where you can pick your own raspberries!

Very friendly owner, room was clean and cool in this heatwave (it was on ground floor).
