Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea!
Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes.
Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.

A clean and comfortable room on the ground floor with a tasty breakfast served by the friendly & understanding owner on the first floor in the breakfast room/ conservatory area. We enjoyed our stay!

It was run by a delightful lady and her young assistant Emma. The breakfasts were good The location convenient for the interesting town of Totnes.
