The owner asked the phone right away when we had a little trouble finding the place. Later he called back again to make sure we got into the room ok. There are water bottles in the frig for us to drink. The place was very spacious and comfortable. It is nice to have a kitchen, even though we did not cook a meal, we were able to prepare us some simple breakfast without have to get out and look for breakfast on our boat tour day.
The outside looked a little messy but that it ok. We did not stay in the yard and the parking is super easy.

There was plenty of room and it is well equipped. Very clean and comfortable.
No tv in living room and one bedroom had a small bed for two people.

Easy to get to and private. It had all the things we needed. Towels were plush and clean.
It could use more light fixtures. The opening in the bathroom wall was a little creepy.

The cost was reasonable to the accomodations. The location was very convenient to town. the studio appartment was cozy with most everything we would need.
The view and setting was a bit cluttered and messy. A queen bed for 2 would be an improvement.
