The room was large enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably (pull out couch and 2 beds worked for 2 adults + 2 kids). The room was clean and the host responded very quickly to requests (like for additional towels etc. )
There is not enough air flow in the room if it gets warm, which it did during our stay (by warm I mean ~70 degrees during the day). The heat was trapped in the room and keeping the windows open led to enough street noise that it was a problem. The shower area is also fairly small.
