Appartement très grand avec un grand salon et une chambre. Très bien équipé (grande cuisine, machine à laver et séchoir, etc.). Vue sur les montagnes et petite vue mer. Parking devant l'appartement. Échanges avec le propriétaire fluides et efficaces. L'appartement n°2 est le seul au 1er étage ce qui est un plus. Toutes les activités (croisières, restos, etc.) sont à 10 minutes max à pied.
Tout était parfait.
