Spacious
Reclining furniture wouldn't recline and therefore was not comfortable for me because I am short.

The description wasn’t clear that this property is shared with others. The walls are really think and we were woken up at 5am every morning with lots of noise.
Washer/Dryer is in basement and you have to ask for separate code after agreeing to pay and only allowed to use it 4-8pm!
The couches are all recliners which the owner taped to forbid reclining.
