Amazing place.

This was the most amazing stay we could have imagined in Tuscany. Real pearl. Location is in the middle of the olive trees and vineyards, and the views are just simply amazing. I would recommend this place if you would like to experience authentic stay in the Tuscan countryside.

A peaceful and authentic Tuscan retreat with stunning views and warm hospitality.

The apartments are located in a pastoral setting in the very heart of Tuscany, on a hill with beautiful views. The apartments are very spacious and atmospheric, featuring an authentic interior. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is also possible to purchase excellent olive oil and wine produced on site.

As for minor drawbacks, the otherwise wonderful kitchen lacks basic items such as salt and pepper. The same applies to tea and coffee. We were also surprised by the absence of a kettle

Very inconsistent room quality.

The property itself is very beautiful, with lovely grounds and surroundings. It was interesting to walk through the vineyards, and the pool was clean and pleasant. Room #10 could be a good option for a big family vacation during the summer, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for a honeymoon or a romantic stay for two.

Our first room (#4) had multiple issues that made our stay quite uncomfortable. 1. The room had a persistent, unpleasant smell that even got into our clothes during our stay. 2. It was constantly damp due to a poorly designed narrow shower with a curtain instead of doors and a leaking dishwasher. Overall, the bathroom was very inconvenient, with a non functional towel warmer and not enough shelves or storage space. 3. It was impossible to air out the room properly (we really wanted to get rid of that smell) because there were no proper windows, only a small one in the bathroom. All other “windows” were actually glass doors — which means you can’t open them without losing privacy or worrying that someone might walk in. 4. There were no real shared outdoor spaces. You could only sit at a small table next to your room or by the pool. Our table was always wet from the rain because there was no proper canopy above it, while some of the other tables had decent ones. We even asked if we could get a refund and leave early, but the request was refused. The manager only offered to move us to another room (#10) with a €50 surcharge per night. That room was indeed much better, with a nice view, no smell, and a comfortable shower — but it was freezing cold at night, and the air conditioner didn’t work for heating. We also found it rather strange and unwelcoming that the manager initially promised us a bottle of wine after learning it was our honeymoon, but later changed her mind and never gave it to us.

Wonderful stay with warm hospitality

A truly beautiful property, very well maintained and exceptionally clean, with tasteful details and elegant tableware. The views are stunning, overlooking vineyards and cypress trees. Tabata was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable

The only downside was that the beds were not entirely comfortable – the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows quite thin. Overall, highly recommended and we would be happy to return

Great place, but lacking personal touch

Great Agriturismo with nicely separated houses. Comfortable apartment (two floors). Excellent pool. Nicely surrounded by wine and olives. Local bakery truck at 1030 (in summer). Washing machine and drier free of charge 24/7. Close to Siena and ~1 hr to Florence.

At this price level you don’t put an assortment of open trash bags in the kitchen/dining room without cleaning them on a daily base (or at least tell clients where to find the trash). This unfortunately left a negative impression consistently. Almost no personal interaction.

Beautiful agriturismo with perfect location surrounded by wine and olive fields.

Beautiful agriturismo. Perfect location close to Siena and other charming villages. Beautiful views overlooking wine and Olive fields. Our flat was very nice and big and had AC in all rooms. The staff was very helpful and sweet. The pool was so nice with lots of space and sun chairs for everyone. The wine and Olive olie produced by the owners was so good and the prices was very good. We would surely go back.

Authentic stay, with a few things to prepare for

Amazing view to the Tuscan hills. Good location, close to Siena and within reach to other towns in Tuscany. The apartment was in a Tuscan style which was authentic and special. The host was very nice and helpful.

The shower booth was really small. The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. When you arrive you have to buy a lot of basic stuff that is either kissing or in small amounts. Also, sitting outside requires mosquitoes protection so make sure you bring it.

Towels. Were issued 1 set per person and no exchange. Did have a washer and dryer on site, but it was rather slow. Not a big issue, just something to note when staying multi days.

Wonderful and we’ll be back next year!

The whole place is beautifully situated amongst olive trees and vineyards, with gorgeous views. It is kept so clean and well maintained, flowers and trees everywhere. The staff are so friendly and helpful and you can tell it’s a family run business - a family who care about their guests and surroundings.

A tiny thing as the apartment was lovely but it could have done with a few soft furnishings - no cushions and only one pillow for each person in the bed. However - when we asked reception for another they happily gave it.

Amazing Tuscany experience

The whole facility is excellent, the gardens are fantastic. The overall scenery is straight out of a postcard. The apartment we rented was spacious and nicely decorated.

As others have said, the equipment in the house is on the low side. They do warn you about that in advance, and they even provide an advised shopping list, but the place is a bit far from supermarkets, especially if you arrive on Sunday evening.

Beautiful setting

Lack of pillows and were thin. The shower had great water pressure, but the curtain stuck to your back. Before we arrived they sent a list of rules, that was a little off putting.

This was a spacious and very clean apartment. The kitchen was outstanding because it had a gas stove and everything you need to make a great meal. Monica, our host, was amazing. The property has a playground for little kids and trails that were great for an after dinner walk or photos.

Great place to explote Chianti!

Beautiful location and surroundings, everything is very well built, maintained, clean. but what gives this property soul is the host Guido! He will make sure your stay is as good as possible with local recommendations, advices on what to see and where to go.

Compared to some other stays in tuscany it feels sometimes - too clean and tidy, missing the feeling of an Agroturismo, feels more like a great apartment hotel, which is not a negative just something to consider.

The best in Chianti!

The place is beautiful and very clean. Well equipped with all you need. The location is amazing in the middle of a real working vinyard. Very quiet and yet 5 minutes from a major road. The rooms are large with everything you need. On top it all there was Guido with his smile and big heart, that would do anything to help.

Perfection

We had a perfect holiday here. The cleanliness of the entire property and the rooms are exceptional - like nowhere I’ve ever seen before. Beautiful scenery, great location, quiet, peaceful, lovely pool, amazing staff (Guido!), spacious rooms, free laundry facilities, endless good things. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Like other reviewers said, the mattresses are hard and the pillows are very thin. I ended up bringing my own pillow from home and I’m happy that I did. They also gave us extra pillows and blankets upon request.

A lovely place. The view, the silence, the peaceful. We stayed in a comfortable and very clean villa. One of the cleanest places I've seen. Guadi was available for our questions, for explanations, and flexible with the check in time. I believe we will come back to stay again.

In the month of October there is no heating in the villa due to the guidance of the district. It was indeed listed in the property description, but it was cold in the evening. I didn't know you could ask for more toilet paper, and we purchased additional basic equipment for the villa.

where time stands still…

Very well maintained premises in beautiful surroundings, a true toscan paradise… Waking up, jump in the pool, and finishing a day trip again at sunset at the pool was amazing. Also the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

For our taste, the mattress and couch were a little on the hard side…
