Perfect escape to the country side in a perfectly located farm house.

Located a top a hill in the middle of their farm surrounded by olive trees and vineyards this agriturisimo is a perfect escape to the country side of Tuscany. We loved the breakfasts, sitting by the pool was relaxing after a day of exploring little towns, the place was clean and comfortable with all facilities as advertised. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise from our window and the winery had the best view of the sunset. We enjoyed the wine tasting which was offered as a gift for staying there. The place was also very close to Siena, Castellina in Chianti, 1 hour from Florence and easy to travel. The family also gave us great recommendations. I would definitely come back here on our next Tuscany trip.

A Perfect Tuscan Getaway

Benedetta was a wonderful host. The wine tasting was fantastic, and it was amazing to see part of the production process as well. The view from the property was stunning, and the bedding was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. We truly got to experience the spirit of Tuscany here.

The location is great! The property itself is in very good condition and fitted us exactly as we wanted. The host family is so kind and very helpful. We also had wine tastings in the farm itself which was amazing! We really enjoyed our time here :)

The perfect peaceful getaway

Wow this was just an incredible place to stay. Nestled in the hills, overlooking olive and wine vineyards, it really was perfect. The accommodation, breakfast, facilitates and especially the pool were great and the hosts were lovely and so helpful. Would come back and stay again!

Worth to visit in summer months.

The location is great, the sceneries spectacular. Very Tuscany stile property with great outdoor settings - patio, pool etc.

No enough amenities in the apartments, the weather was a bit cold, no heating and no additional blankets available. The smell of the house is something you don't get used to it.

An excellent find and we would recommend to anyone!

Although the owners could not speak English, or us Italian for that matter, the son in law could and was on hand every day to answer any questions or provide advice. The wine tasting experience and tour was excellent. We purchased some bottles to drink during our stay and some to take home. We also purchased some of their olive oil. The property is well located for visiting the various hilltop towns in the Chianti area or for that matter those further afield such as San Gimignano and Volterra. A short train journey plus a 5 minute bus ride takes you into Siena without the worry of using the car. Good restaurants in Castellina in Chianti just 7 kilometres away and another just 2 kilometres the property side of Quercegrossa. A Coop in Castellina provide our food shopping needs. The pool although cold (to be expected) was a real bonus for a dip at the end of a days touring around.

- Lovely small family agriturismo - Very well equipped and clean house - private garden is lovely - family is super friendly and helpful - we did a wine tasting, we loved the wines! - beautiful and peaceful surrounding in the middle of the chianti vineyards - absolutely coming back to this place

- beds are little bit hard for our liking, but we slept well though - can be a little bit noisy, old houses, not well insulated

Exceptional

We had a great stay at Il Poderino! An apartment was just enough for two persons, very clean, full equipped. The private garden with spectacular views on the valley and olive fields and the owners were friendly and very helpfull. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany - not long way to Florence and Val d'Orcia and other beautiful cities. I hope I would be able to come back there at some point :)

Ein Ort zur Entspannung und die Toskana zu genießen!

Sehr ruhig, gelegene, saubere Anlage! Die beiden Zufahrtsstraßen zum Weingut sind unbefestigt und sollten mit einem tiefer gelegten Auto nicht unbedingt befahren werden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, für italienische Verhältnisse ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit exzellenten Kaffee! Wir haben diese Unterkunft genutzt, um Mountainbike Touren zu machen und haben festgestellt, dass es in der Toskana hervorragende Wege (Hilfsmittel, Komoot) gibt. Eine Tour nach der andere ein Hochgenuss! Wir haben es genossen, morgens und abends in den Pool zu gehen, obwohl nicht geheizt und bereits sehr frisch. Im Sommer, sicherlich ein Hochgenuss!

Der Zustand der beiden Zufahrtsstraßen könnte besser sein.

El sitio es muy bonito, en plena naturaleza. Los anfitriones de 10! Apartamento bien equipado. Perfecto para visitar el valle de Chianti.

El colchón muy antiguo, muy incómodo. Nos hemos quedado en octubre y es un sitio frío, hay que tener en cuenta que la calefacción hay que pagarla aparte. Nosotros la pusimos de 19 a 23h aprox: 6€ el día.

Super god morgenmad med dejlig morgen kaffe, med et lækkert udvalg af delikate italienske retter og det mest søde personale, som var meget smilende og hyggede om deres gæster. Simplesmente tudo! O local é maravilhoso. É uma fazenda familiar, em que a família construiu alguns apartamentos a mais para receber hóspedes. Então a sensação foi de ficar em uma casa de campo de família. O local é muito bonito e muito silencioso, traz uma paz incrível. O quarto era ótimo, bem espaçoso e muito confortável. Os espaços comuns eram muito bem cuidados e sempre pudemos aproveitar tudo. O café da manhã era muito bom, e preparado pela própria família - que cuida de todos os outros serviços oferecidos também. A localização é ótima para quem está fazendo uma viagem de carro pela Toscana, pois é perto de várias cidades que valem a visita, ao mesmo tempo em que é afastado o suficiente para um ótimo descanso. E um agradecimento especial à família que antecipou o horário do café no nosso último dia, que precisávamos sair cedo para pegar um trem em Florença. Mesmo sem pedirmos, eles ofereceram a antecipação e prepararam tudo com muito carinho. Esperamos muito voltar à Toscana, e com certeza ficaremos novamente no Il Poderino.

Autentisk Italiensk vingård med helt nye værelser, meget sød familie, smukke omgivelser og god vin - de laver en gratis vinsmagning for deres gæster.

Det ville være perfekt hvis det også var muligt at spise aftensmad på stedet, men heldigvis lå der en stor restaurent 2 km derfra som lavede fatastisk mad og de bedste pizzaer

Relax nella natura

La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è stata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, si vede che sono tutti molto attenti ai dettagli e al benessere degli ospiti. Super apprezzata la colazione con prodotti fatti in casa e locali, così come la degustazione di vini e la visita della cantina. Consigliato per un soggiorno piacevole nella natura!

Es war alles einfach perfekt. Mehr Italien geht nicht. Bernadette, ihr Mann und der Rest der Familie waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Wer Ruhe will, ist hier genau richtig. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist jlein aber fein. Der Pool lädt zum relaxen ein und die Aussicht, eingebettet zwischen Olivenhain und Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen. Verständigung auf italienisch oder englisch. Sie produzieren selber Öl und Wein.
