Angioletta, Francesca, and Sandra, along with anyone else we meet, were simply wonderful. The property grounds were beautiful. And the food, wine tastings, and tours were fantastic. They say “0 km” as a statement that all of their products and food are harvested and made on location or from other local farmers in their quiet town. We loved our time there, sitting by the pool, reading and relaxing with some delicious wines, and enjoying the panoramic Tuscan countryside views.

Although we loved the rural location, it can be helpful to know that without a vehicle, you will have to take a taxi or the bus out for most meals outside of breakfast. There is no restaurant on location, but a delicious breakfast can be provided every morning and most of the winery tours include amazing charcuterie boards or light lunches. They also do have cooking classes, though we didn’t do that. Everything that we did eat was delightful and fresh and we loved that the ingredients were right out of the manager’s own garden. We just think it might be helpful to know that you’ll have to leave the property for a minimum of a 10 minute cab ride to the closest restaurants.

Beautiful setting, wonderful accommodations, great staff.

The apartment was huge! It was well equipped and comfortable. The location is somewhat secluded (about 20 - 30 minutes to a small town or restaurant), but if you want to relax in a beautiful setting, this is the place.

Beautiful Country Winery -Highly recommended!!

Beautiful place, lovely pool especially with the hot weather. Close to other beautiful towns. It was a lovely quiet house. Even with wine tours, it did not disturb our peace and enjoyment. We had a private tour and wine tasting which we enjoyed very much The staff are all lovely friendly people. I will come back for sure.

Great place to stay from all perspectives. Romantic winery and garden with a few beautiful and separated apartments equipped with swimming pool and located in a heart of the fantastic middle-Tuscany. Great location to visit all other cities as well and super nice staff-we will go back when we can!

unfortunately we felt quite uncomfortable at times due to wine tour visitors that came down to our private area, and down the space right in front of our kitchen. a sign would be helpful! There wasn’t much privacy. Wi-Fi only worked in living area, dropped our lot a lot in bedroom. not very kid friendly due to set up and lot of stairs.

Fabulous experience in Siena!

The personal winery tour and tasting were unexpected and wonderful! The location was incredibly gorgeous and so peaceful! The staff was extraordinary and gracious and the breakfast was fantastic!

Overall a disappointing stay for a Tuscan winery.

The Patti of the apartment was perfect in the sun and the yard of the winery was pretty.

The upper portion of windows in the room entry doors were not covered and a security light shined into our room all night long making it difficult to sleep. Despite being empty, the winery could not offer a wine tasting because we did not have a tasting reservation. The views of the Tuscany hills from the property were nothing special. Location on a busy local road, but remote from any restaurants/stores.

Amazing stay

We love everything about the place. It's very clean, has everything we need, we got free wine tasting and tour around the winery. The room is super big and cozy, and has a fully equipped kitchen too. The host is fantastic as well and very hospitable.

We really enjoyed that it was a winery. The breakfast being brought to your room would have been a great experience. Our host was very kind in showing us the space.

We specifically booked this for our anniversary. We looked at many different places because we were specifically looking for a space with a fireplace, kitchen, bathtub. This seemed like the perfect space for us because it listed having all of these facilities as well as being a winery. After we arrived we asked her about the fireplace. She said it was decorative, even though it specifically said that there was a fireplace and no mention of decorative in the listing. We were then told that one of the heaters in the living room wasn’t working and they would have someone come and check on it the next day. It was very cold downstairs in the living room/kitchen. We decided to make dinner and found that the dishes had some grease on them and weren’t cleaned properly. As we were sitting having dinner people walking around the premises kept looking into our unit. The living room/kitchen is on the ground floor, and there are no curtains and no way to have privacy. The bedroom is upstairs and has privacy and curtains.

Great stay in the countryside. Sondra and the rest of the staff was great! The breakfast was good and it was a very nice atmosphere. We were invited to do a wine tasting and it was a great time and felt happy to be included.

Lighting wasn't great in our place and there wasn't a view from the living room.

we liked the house next to the swimming pool, very well equipped, and its terrass for a relaxed meal outside. we enjoyed the visit of the fattorria and tasted their wines and fabulous olive oil. in general, it’s quiet, not too many hosts in total. the place is closed to Monteriggioni and Siena (10’ by car), to the Chianti area, San Gimignano, etc.

sometimes visitors of the fattoria may want to visit the private areas and take pictures of the surrounding, whilst we stayed in the relaxed area.

Very good location to explore tuscany. Amazing views. good pool. very comfortable beds and spacious villas.

The staff was quite unfriendly. when i asked for more coffee -they bluntly replied that they usually provide whatever is in the room and if we need more we have to organise it ourselves. i had no problem to go and buy but just had no time with little kids. But i hate such stingy approach and it ruined our opinion of the place… Very poor breakfast. for 10 euro per person you can order much more in Italy and have an outstanding breaky. Bathroom needs renovation

Wonderful winery very close to Siena

This was a lovely place to stay for the weekend! Great size room, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices, and beautiful property. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the wine was delicious! It was cold and rainy while we were there, but still a lovely stay, and the heat works very well! It was nice to have a kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee) to be able to do some of our own meals as well. The wine tasting at the winery was great as well with options for just tastings or meals as well. We took a train to Siena and a taxi from the train station to the winery (about 15 minutes). The staff offered to take us back to the train station when we left (for a price that was cheaper than the taxi) which was very nice!

The location is on right next to the road so there is some road noise. Not quite the complete silence I was hoping for being in Tuscany, but the property and staff were wonderful so it made up for it. There is no AC so the summer could get very hot.

Great Spacious Villas and very near to Siena and Monteriggioni

Facilities and lots of space. Really accommodating host, (Thanks Angioletta for helping on Wednesday night!). The wine tour was a really nice personal touch. Restaurant 50m up the road is a 'fine dining' experience but good value for money

I know that very few Toscana Agriturismo Villas have aircon units and we weren't expecting them; I recognise that they may be difficult to fit and affect the charm of the villa. However I'm sure they would pay for themselves very quickly and they are needed in the bedrooms in the summer months
