A wonderful spacious beach villa in a great location right next to the main cabo roig beach with large pretty gardens and private swimming pool
Second line to the beach - you are less than 50 meters from the sea front and only 5 minutes walk to the main Cabo Roig beach -
The villa is approx 400m2 with a 1800m2 pretty gardens with trees , plants ,flowers and grassed areas
Large swimming pool (approx 11m x 6 m) Tear dropped shaped
plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing (8 sunbeds)

Balcony terrace lovely, great size property, didn't use outside area as we were out and about and didn't use cooking facilities but property had everything needed to cook. Showers were great. Hosts great. Location very good.

The villa was much bigger than we expected. Loved the different outside areas/balconies around the pool the villa. Some parts of the villa are a bit dated but it had everything we needed. Was worried about some negative reviews about not having air conditioning in all the areas apart from the bedrooms but this wasnt an issue for us at all even when temps got 34 degrees.My only small negative was that the wifi did not extend to all the bedrooms due to the size of the property.Location wise it was 5 minutes to the beach once we found the stairs a few doors down frm la Pampa coffee shop round the corner (they do excellent breakfasts). There were a couple of bars/restaurant near the beach but the main strip on Cabo Riog is a good 20 munute walk in the heat! Reception was great with agent meeting us on arrival and there was water, wine, beer, juice and biscuits waiting in the fridge. They also responded quickly to any queries we had

Lots of plus points:The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for all. The pool is fabulous. The showers are powerful with plenty of hot water at all times.its an easy walk to the shops & restaurants. Great communication with the host at all times. Pool was cleaned regularly. Only negatives were a few cockroaches (to be expected perhaps in Spain?) and the villa is a little tired in places but nothing that would stop me going again.

Property is fine, but very poor on security with broken timber shutters on ground level, no key for safe for our important possession s, front door lock neede wiggling most of the time to lock, air con was advertised for bedrooms fand was correct, however livingroom and kitchen were impossible to cool down, while the vila suited us , it was disappointing, pool was good.
