Nice location and pleasant accommodations near Watkins Glen. Plenty to see and do. The host was quite nice and helpful.
Previous reviews praised the breakfast which was acceptable but a bit lacking in my opinion for frozen breakfast sausages and pancake mix with corn syrup. Would have paid $10/night more for real maple syrup and fresh sausages. That's why a B and B is more attractive than a hotel. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Was I a super quiet area but not far from Watkins Glen. Host is super nice and a good cook for breakfast. This was not a buffet type breakfast, she cooks it and serves to you.

Perfect location. Quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Kim was so friendly and helpful.

Basic but clean rooms. Shower water was hot and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was average but plenty. Walls between room were thin so you could hear your neighbor talk.
