Great location, loved the pool and hot tub, suite was spacious and clean. I felt like it was a good value for what we paid.

Staff were standoffish and did not know things like where the recycling was on the property.

Very clean. Close to everything. Friendly staff.

Our AC died on a 97 degree day and there was no maintenance to look at it until the following day. But once they were there, it was taken care of very quickly.

The indoor pool was very nice for my grandson. He definitely enjoyed it.

The front desk staff and their unwillingness to help get my son and grandson into their room. I paid for their room as well as ours. they would not let them into their room, even though the deposit was already paid. I was stuck at an emergency oral surgeon appointment and could not get to the facility when they did. The management would not let my son and grandson into their room until I arrived. When I did arrive, the woman at the desk did not want my son's ID. This made no sense to me.

The view was amazing, only wish the pool was outdoors but it was centrally located and convenient.

I’m not sure how I feel about no room service. We had to take out our own garbage everyday, no clean linen for the beds and had to ask for an exchange for towels. I feel we did most of the cleaning so that I wouldn’t be charged anything extra.
