Excellent location!

The location is ideal! Right downtown, close to shops and restaurants.

I was so disappointed that I was put in a physically limited room. I booked two weeks in advance, so a general room should have been held. When I asked to switch I was told nothing else was available.

The location is perfect. The rooms are quiet. The staff are incredible.

The shower in the bathroom looked worn. The locks on the doors are loud so you can hear when anyone opens their door.

The design of hotel was not what I like. But the hotel did run smoothly. Design is my complaint.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful>. The location was good, right in downtown Asheville. We left our car there, for the most part, and walked all of the area and around. Not fond of valet parking but it did work out well. The guys were very nice and the car was there fast.

Did not like the design of the hotel. It was not warm and inviting, very stark. I did not like that there was no dresser in the room. I did not like the sliding glass door in the bathroom. No hand rail (safety bar) in shower. I guess you would call it contemporary, and that is not my style.

Perfect stop to explore the city of Ashville.

The property was clean and had great access to all the amenities of the local community. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall great value for the service and location. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel.

The property was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for going to restaurants and shopping. The valet parking was reasonably priced and very convenient. The area seemed safe…especially the hotel. You had to have a room key to access the floors that had rooms for guests. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking seemed to be kind of hand tied to be honest, but I can say that the valet guys were top-notch and on their game. The car was ready literally within minutes of requesting it.

The room had very smart, modern design. Very spacious. Fantastic bathroom. A great desk for working (we had to do some work during our stay). The view from the large window opposite the bed was beautiful. The hotel is on the highest point in downtown Asheville, I was told. It's in a great location with great places to eat and interesting stores and points of interest close by. Valet parking onsite.

The Internet service is bad. It was frustrating trying to work or plan our day. When I spoke to the front desk about it, I was told that there was better Internet available at cafes or the public library. That is just unacceptable. It's 2025. Upgrade your Internet service.

Really great place to use as home base while checking out surrounding area

Hotel is in a great location and walkable to many restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and the free bubbly is a very nice touch. Rooms are large and very comfortable. The rooftop bar is really nice and the staff also top notch.

It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed in the morning. We were seated, but then didn't see anyone for 10 minutes, so we left. There were a few tables that had food, but I think the person seating was also the server as well as cleaning tables.

Rooms were spacious and the beds are comfy. The hotel is located on a pretty quiet street and we were able to walk everywhere.

Only negative was that the hair dryer didn’t work. The hotel replaced it but only after we left for the day with wet hair.

Odd but adequate accommodations with a nice and helpful staff.

It was right across the street from our destination venue, within walking distance. The staff was good, however, and helpful when you could actually reach them. They often did not answer the phone. But they were very helpful when they did.

There were no door on anything except the room itself and the bathroom. No drawers on the desks, no door on the shower that completely encloses it. Crazy. And inconvenient. And an invasion of privacy, really. And no trash can liners… very strange. Otherwise it was nice.

How clean the room was was top tier. The on-site restaurant inside the hotel makes excellent food as well and drinks, making a great evening dining experience. The down town location makes going places easy and convenient as well.

Location was very good. View was great

Food in general was passable but not good. Booked a large corner room. Lots of empty space but poorly used. Only one chair in room and it was under TV. Housekeeping was spotty. Staff spent a lot of time apologizing for mistakes.
